摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eject a cartridge even when the cartridge can not be ejected only by a 1st energizing means by providing an ejection lever part capable of imparting force in the cartridge ejecting direction as well as an energizing part for energizing the cartridge in the ejecting direction and driving the election lever part in the direction of the cartridge. SOLUTION: An ejection lever 550 is provided rotably by using a pin in the vicinity of an optical housing of an opening on a base, where the opening is provided at the place opposite to an eccentric pin 157 of an ejection motor 155 on the base. In the ejection lever 550, a louvered part 550a, on which the eccentric pin is abutted through the opening is formed. In the middle part of the ejection lever 550 a cirular-arcuate oblong hole 550b is formed with a pin as the center, and the pin is provided on the base to be inserted into the oblong hole 550b, so that the ejection lever 550 is made rotatable in a range limited by abutting the pin on end parts of the oblong hole 550b. Consequently, the ejection motor is driven to eject the cartridge.</p>
