The container is made of strong paper, cardboard or of a plastic which does not give off toxic smoke when burnt. The container is 5 - 30 centimetres high, 7 - 40 centimetres wide and 10 - 100 centimetres long. It has a bag (1) which is reinforced at the front, with a handle (2), flaps (3) with fasteners (7) and a scraper (4) or tongs. The container can be folded and placed in a pocket or bag. A handle (6) or a rod may be attached to the scraper or tongs, as can a brush or a sponge. The scraper or sponge are between 10 and 50 centimetres long. The scraper or tongs may be attached to the bag or may be separate from it.The container is unfolded and placed by the waste which is then collected using the scraper or tongs. The container is then close and placed in a bin.
