<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a surrounding recognizing the electrification stop of a transmission line with a light-emitting body by recharging the electromagnetic induction current of an overhead ground wire and the power flow of a trunk with a battery, making connection to a light-emitting part via a control circuit, and enabling the light emitting part to emit light when the electrification of the transmission line stops. SOLUTION: When a transmission line is electrified, the electromagnetic induction current of an overhang ground wire or the power flow of a trunk is induced in a current transformer 6, an AC content by the induction is rectified to a DC voltage/ current by an I/V converter 5, and a DC components is recharged to a battery 3. At this time, since a control circuit 4 does not recognize the stopping of electrification, it does not allow a light-emitting part 7 to emit light. When the power flow of the trunk is stopped due to, for example, the stopping operation of the transmission line, the control circuit 4 operates accordingly, supplies a power supply to the light-emitting part 7, and enables the light-emitting part to emit light, thus enabling the stopping of the transmission line from an area above an iron tower and at the same time a construction to be made while confirming the stopping electrification in the case of the reinforcement construction of the transmission line.</p> |
