摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a nearly rotation-symmetrical velocity distribution even when a flow is remarkably disturbed by providing a lattice body having flow openings with at least partially different flow cross sections. SOLUTION: The lattice structure of a lattice body 21 is constituted of multiple flow openings 40 having flow cross sections at least partially different in size. The flow opening 40 is shrunk from the center region 42 at the center of the lattice body 21 toward an edge section 44, and the opening 40 has fine holes in the outside region 43 of the lattice body 21 and has coarse holes at the center. The openings 40 of the lattice body 21 are made finer from the center region 42 toward the edge section 44. When the velocity near a wall is higher to cause nonuniform velocity distribution, it can be compensated accordingly. Rotation-symmetrical velocity distribution is formed at some interval from the lattice body 21. The feature of this velocity distribution is the nearly constant velocity distribution with respect to the flow cross section.</p>
