The unit for keeping and cooling down liquids belongs to the branch of freezing machinery. The aim of this invention is to improve the exploitive attributes, increase the reliability of freezing as well as profitability. The unit consists of a housing of freezing aggregate, in which there are at least two compressors, connected together by a balance channel, and a block for measurement, accounting and control of the temperature. Flexible hoses connect the compressor with a portable evaporator, in which the mixer is mounted. The evaporator can come in the shape of a cylinder or coil pipe.
