PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely additionally machine the parts attaching surface and main body attaching surface provided in a housing formed roughly in dimensional precision. SOLUTION: Respective optical parts 5-7 are abutment positioned to the housing 11 by attaching parts 21-23. The attaching part 24 of the housing 11 is also abutment positioned to a positioning surface 25 on a main body block 20. Additional processings are performed to respective attaching parts by thermal deformation, and positioning precision is enhanced. A hatched line part is the attaching part for positioning between respective optical parts and the main body block. The attaching parts 23 of an fθlens 6 is a pin shape, and the attaching part 21 whose upper surface forms the abutment surface for positioning a reflection mirror 7, and the attaching part 23 of a light deflector 5 controls mainly a plane tilt angle. The attaching part 24 whose side surface becomes the abutment surface to the main body.
