PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a device and method as gives high priority to a proper converting candidate depending on a season, a year, a month in converting a word. SOLUTION: In converting a word, the word before conversion is inputted from an input part 1 and a present time is inputted from a present time acquiring part 2. For deciding a converting candidate, a priority is obtained by a priority calculation part 5 by referring to the present time and the priority of the converting candidate suited to the present time is made higher to output from an output part 7. |
