PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the individual situation of presence at a seat by a seat presence managing terminal equipment through the use of a speaking terminal equipment by registering an individual seat presence situation concerning the user of the speaking terminal equipment in the seat presence managing terminal equipment. SOLUTION: A multi-function telephone set 12 transmits depressed key button information to a central processor 20 through a multi-function telephone set controller 14 and a private branch exchange 11. The processor 20 reads class information, namely a seat presence situation, corresponding to this key button information from a main storage device 19 to transmit to the equipment 20 with the terminal ID and extension number of a radio terminal equipment 13. The seat presence managing terminal equipment 17 registers data on the receiving time of data concerning the seat presence situation and a person carrying the equipment 13 and registers the seat presence situation of the person carrying the equipment 13. Then after normally receiving data concerning the seat presence situation, the equipment 17 transmits register completing information to the processor 20. |
