DISPOSAL METHOD FOR WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical waste disposal method for batteries with high safety and little environmental load. SOLUTION: This method disassembles a recovered secondary battery, cleans and heats the element part of the disassembled battery. The active material layer of the electrode element part of the heated battery element part is peeled off and separated for crushing. The powdered active material layer is immersed in acid solution to elute an acid soluble component and separate the acid solution from an insoluble component. It is a disposal method of waste by precipitating and recovering a metal component in the acid solution.
