<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at good manufacturability, such a heat sensitive flow rate sensor that is small in dispersion in measurements of airflow the direction for mounting an air rectifier. SOLUTION: A housing 1 is provided with a ribbed supporting part 10 extending from an inlet part 1A to the stepped part of an air rectifier 5, and the air rectifier 5 is provided with a grooved positioning part 11 corresponding to the supporting part 10. Further, the housing 1 is provided with a projecting supporting part 6, and the air rectifier 5 is provided with a recessed positioning part 7 corresponding to the projecting supporting part 6. The air rectifier 5 is designed to be mounted to the housing 1 only in the direction in which the positioning parts 11, 7 are combined with the supporting parts 10, 6.</p> |
