<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search the target in all azimuth directions and at the same time a traveling distance in a range direction where a target or an observation device moves during an observation period by synthesizing a high-frequency signal from a rotary antenna with a plurality of arrays into one channel, performing frequency conversion, and taking out a baseband video signal. SOLUTION: In a rotary antenna 1, a rod-shaped antenna installation frame where array antennas A1 -A4 are fixed rotates. A coherent reception circuit 4 synchronizes the leading edge of the transmission wave of each sweep to a range-bin count clock and outputs I-channel and Q-channel signals of a baseband video signal with coherent property. NI-channel and Q-channel signals are A/D-converted by A/D converters 5 and 6, are supplied to an observation part 102 via parallel-serial conversion circuits 7 and 8, are subjected to Fourier transformation by an FFT circuit 13, and then a relative travel distance and a travel speed during an observation period between the rotary antenna 1 and the target O by a circuit 14 for calculating the amount of travel.</p> |
