PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide respective clients with only the required information by sending the load and address of a multi-point transmitter to a client authentication device and providing plural time sequential numbers in signals outputted by the multi-point transmitter. SOLUTION: A multi-point transmitter 210 receives the information from an information gathering processor 200 and preserves the respective information stages of the information sources of the same kind based on the kind of the respective information sources. Also, the address and load of the multi-point transmitter 210 itself are transmitted to a client authentication device 230. A client terminal information receiver 220 sends the information source kind to the authentication device 230 and performs comparison with a stored client identification number. When comparison is not erroneous, the appropriate one is selected. The client authentication device 230 sends the result of whether or not the client succeeds in logging in to the information receiver 220.
