<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of storing a rewrite program in a nonvolatile memory. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment provided with an electrically rewritable flash memory 3, a control means operated based on a program stored in the flash memory 3 and an interface means for controlling the transmission and reception of data between the control means and a computer is provided with a write circuit composed of a rewrite switch 9, multiplexers 21-23, latch circuits 25-27, a counter 28, a delay element 29, an AND circuit 30, NAND circuits 31 and 32 and a NOT circuit 33 capable of writing the data from the computer inputted through the interface means to the flash memory 3 without being controlled by the control means.</p> |
