<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for superimposing and recording various kinds of information on an image recorded with halftone dots on an ID card, while hiding it and to provide the method for reproducing the information superimposed on the image from the image recorded on the ID card. SOLUTION: In an ID card issue managing device, having an image processor provided with different type information superimposing means onto a halftone image, the image data of portrait, such as a facial picture recorded on a plastic card to be used as an identification card or the like are decomposed into fine pixels, a means 4 for encoding these respective pixels with position data and density data and a means 6 for enciphering the personal information of the same person as image data are provided. Furthermore, a means 7 is provided for superimposing the different type information, while shifting the position of image data and assigning a logic value corresponding to that shift for the personal information on the image data, so that this code can be recorded while being hidden in the image.</p> |
