PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently execute image processing for an object and to make it possible to easily observe an image by executing image processing for changing characteristics in accordance with the featured value of image information in a local area inputted from an image supply part. SOLUTION: Processing parameter calculation parts 101 to 10n and another processing parameter calculation part 11 respectively input featured value (r) outputted from a featured value calculation part 9 and respectively calculate processing parameters A1 to An and B for processing respective pixel information I1 to In of image information I in a local area based on the featured value (r). Each of multipliers 51 to 5n multiplies corresponding processing parameter out of the parameters A1 to An outputted from the calculation parts 101 to 10n by a corresponding pixel information out of the pixel information I1 to In of the image information I in the local area. An adder 6 inputs multiplied results outputted from respective multipliers 51 to 5n and an output B from the calculation part 11, adds these data to calculate a sum total, which is sent to a display part 3 as picture information I0 . |
