The invention present new composition of aperitif ingredients comprised of (kg/1,000 decalitres): sugar (700-800), caramel (20-30), citric acid (32-40), red dye "Elderbery red" (4-6), sweet-flag (Acorus calamus) root-stocks (0.1-0.3), fruits of pimenta (Pimenta officinalis) (1-1.8), ginger (Zingiber officinale) root-stocks (1.5-2.5), dried jasmine (Philadelphus) flowers (2-3), dried hop (Humulus) fruits (0.1- -0.25) and alcohol-water mixture (up to 1,000 decalitres). Aperitif is 18 per cent strong, reddish colour, bitterish flavour. |
