PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance conveniences by enabling automatic execution of prescribed processing only through simple remote control to a television receiver, when using the television receiver, which can be remotely controlled by a remote controller, as a video output device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a remote control signal detecting means 101 for detecting a remote control signal 11, generated from the remote controller to the television receiver and an operating state discriminating means 102 for discriminating the operating state of television receiver based on a signal 112 detected by this remote control signal detecting means 101. When the preset discriminated result is provided at the operating state discriminating means 102, by executing a prescribed processing, that an image is displayed on the screen of the television receiver. |
