PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the effect of leaked magnetic flux with respect to the outside while suppressing a device from being large and heavy. SOLUTION: Actuators 50 and 60 driving the lenses 41 and 42 of an optical axis angle varying device 11 are provided with plural magnets 52 arranged so as to be opposed by leaving a prescribed gap, yokes 51 forming the path of the magnetic flux generated from the magnets 52, coils 53a movably arranged between the opposed magnets 52 and coupled to the lenses 41 and 42 and shield members 55 integrally arranged with the yokes 51 only at the outside circumferential side parts of the yokes 51 being nearest to an exterior case 43 out of the circumferences thereof and set for suppressing the magnetic flux leaked from the yokes 51. |
