The machine has a block (1) which is fixed to the machine by bolts (13) fixed in holes (2). The block has two lateral grooves that form guide rails for two sliding bars (6) that have oblong holes (7) which hold a transversal bar (8) to which the wheels (9) are joined. The block is pierced longitudinally on either side (3) and bolts (10) pass through these to join the bars to the block. They are locked at their ends by wing nuts (11). The wheels are mounted on an axle or are independent.
