PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily design a data print picture for designated slip without requiring any special knowledge for program preparation. SOLUTION: A data selection column 50 is provided for displaying the designated slip in arbitrary format, for which required items such as ruled lines are printed in advance, on a screen 44 of display 12 as an image picture 46 and displaying an item name 54 corresponding to the field name of separately prepared data base file. After print positions are successively designated by a designation frame 52 to be formed when any item name 54 is selected, the format data for printing linked with the data base file are automatically generated from that designated position. |
