SOLUTION: When carrying the discharged object such as waste or recycle resource on a vehicle, a slip is issued and the data of this slip are preserved through a computer 1a of the working place 1 into a server part 10b. At the same time, data D of the slip D for collection among slips collected through the waste or recycle processing company are preserved through the computer 1a into the server part 10b so as to manage the processing conditions of these discharged objects.
