PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time exchanging type clock system capable of accurately and properly performing time correction process for a clock device without depending on command process time between time devices. SOLUTION: This time exchanging type clock system comprises a clock device 3 of an independently operation hardware and a time data exchanging processor 10 provided with a central processor 1 of which operation control in time data exchanging process including the control to an internal clock is constituted as a driver (software) 1b. The time data exchanging processor 10 is provided with a timer circuit 2 contributing to the count value generating with split periodically for the central processor 1. The central processor 1 is provided with a hardware counter 1a with a constitution measuring time based on the count value. The driver 1b, when it reads the time out of the clock device 3 and performs the time correction process, corrects in process delay with a load of the central processor 1 based on the time measurement using the counted value by the hardware counter 1a. |
