摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an area capable of the communication for a terminal equipment and to improve the degree of freedom of the position by inputting and processing the position information of an optical access station and a terminal equipment and in-chamber layout information, and feedbacking a processed result to a controlling means. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an optical access station (AS) controller 100 which inputs the position information of an AS 20, the position information of a terminal equipment and the layout information of an office, processes it by a processing part 101 as an information processing means, and applies the processed information to a system controller 60 as a controlling means. That is, transmitting and receiving parts P1-P3 constituted of a data transmitting part (light projecting unit) 61 as a light projecting means which operates spatial transmission with the terminal equipment and a data receiving part 62 control a transmitting and receiving direction by a deflection control mechanism 64. Thus, a data transmission system having a high speed down-link is set up by a simple setting work in a short time.
