PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the installation cost by reducing the number of amplifiers. SOLUTION: In a flame detector 1 for detecting the state of a flame, there are provided a plurality of flame detection sensors 2, 3 each disposed on each pilot burner for detecting the presence of a flame, an amplifier 4 for amplifying a detection signal from the detection sensors 2, 3, and a changeover unit 5 interposed between the detection sensors 2, 3 and the amplifier 4 for changing over in order connection between the detection sensors 2, 3 and the amplifier each changeover time longer than flame extinguishment of the amplifier 4. |
