摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a magnetic fine wire having small half power width of induced pulse voltage resulting from magnetic inversion and also having improved and uniform characteristics. SOLUTION: After a magnetic alloy round bar of 10mm &phiv; of Ni of 45 to 55% and Fe of 45 to 55% in weight ratio has been homogenized at the temperature of 800 to 1300 deg.C, a cold drawing operation at the rate of reduction in area of 15% or smaller is repeated, the round bar is processed at the total rate of reduction in area of 99.64% or higher, and it is formed into a fine wire of 0.6mm in diameter. As a result, a fine magnetic wire, having the induced pulse voltage of 50mV/mm<2> accompanying the magnetic inversion by the action of magnetic field, can be obtained.
