The bath has a frame (2) with a seat (3) for the patient (8) and hydraulic spray sources (30,61). A spraying chamber (4) encloses the spray heads. The spray heads are positioned to allow the spraying of the users limbs with humid air. The chamber can be partially defined by walls (2) of the frame with a closure hood (10). The hood can move between an open position to allow ingress and egress of the patient and a closed treatment position.
