PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even large-sized blocks of to-be-heated materials to be crushed into fine particles and agitated by a method wherein there is provided a box-like heating container having a plurality of rotary shafts for crushing and agitating inner heated substances in a wave guide for guiding microwave generated by a microwave generating device, microwave is incident from below the heating container. SOLUTION: In the case that garbages or the like are heated and dehydrated, to-be- heated substances 5 are put into a heating container 4, and a switch for it is turned on, resulting in that a microwave 3 is transmitted from a microwave generating device 1 and in concurrent with this operation, a main gear 23 and a sub-gear 12 are rotated in a reverse direction to crush the substances 5 into specified shapes. The crushed and to-be-heated substances 5 drop downwardly and are heated by the microwave 3 to cause moisture content to be evaporated and their volume is reduced, resulting in that a dehydration processing is completed. At this time, the number of rotation of the main gear 23 and the number of rotation of the sub-gear 12 are slightly different from each other to cause approaching positions of a pair of main gears 13, 23 and the sub-gears 12, 22 to be always moved and the heated substances 5 are prevented from being adhered and at the same time a non-uniform wearing of the minute sub-gear 23 is prohibited. |
