PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent an adverse influence caused by noises or induced lightning when a data transmitter is connected to a coaxial line. SOLUTION: Between a coaxial connecting terminal 40 for connecting the coaxial line and a data signal terminal 44 for connecting the data transmitter, a coil (high frequency blocking circuit) 50 is connected for blocking the passage of signal component higher than a prescribed frequency and between the data signal terminal 44 and the coil 50 for high frequency blocking, a noise absorption circuit 54 is connected for absorbing a noise component exceeding the allowable input voltage of the data transmitter. Further, between the coaxial connecting terminal 40 and the coil 50 for high frequency blocking, a surge arrester circuit 52 is connected for absorbing the induced voltage of kilovolts order caused by the induced lightning.
