SOLUTION: A radio communication equipment 10 like a cellular telephone or a personal communication equipment is provided with a power source 26, which supplies output voltages VSS, VDD, and V1 (V1=VDD-VDD)/2, and a power supply circuit (power switching part) 26a, and voltages VSS and VDD are supplied to a first load. The power supply switching part 36a drives a second load by power potentials of voltages VSS and V1 when a mode signal is in a first state, and the part 26a drives the second load by voltages V1 and VDD when it is in a second state. The mode signal is repeatedly toggled with, for example, a multiple period of the frame period of the radio communication equipment to perform such control that the power pulled out from batteries to the second load is equal. At this time, a desired low operation voltage is supplied to the second load.</p> |
