摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to narrower the frame of module while suppressing increase in parasitic capacity of a source signal line restoring disconnection, by connecting a second signal line causing the disconnection with a wiring part through auxiliary wiring and a dummy signal line. SOLUTION: The wiring 19 on a circuit substrate 17 for a control circuit is provided only by one line, and since the auxiliary wiring 10 of a group containing the source signal line 3 restoring the disconnection is connected to a dummy terminal 14, the capacity connected to the wiring 19 is a level without becoming a problem. Further, the connection between the source signal line 3 restoring the disconnection and the auxiliary wiring 10 and the connection between the auxiliary wiring 10 and the dummy signal line 21 are executed by irradiating a laser beam to a crossing part 11 and destroying an insulation film. Since an area required for this crossing part 11 is 50μm extend at most, a panel size hardly be increased. Thus, a liquid crystal display device capable of restoring the disconnection is realized while suppressing the circuit substrate 17 for the control circuit and the panel size, that is, realizing narrower frame of module.</p>
