摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a core loss and to increase a specific resistance by containing an Mo oxide and a Co oxide with a specific wt.% in a fundamental constituent that is made of Fe2 O3 , ZnO, and NiO with each specific mol.% and specifying an average crystal particle diameter and a sintering density. SOLUTION: This oxide magnetic material is a composition that contains an Mo oxide that is 0.50wt.% or less in terms of MoO3 conversion and a Co oxide that is 1.0wt.% or less in terms of CoO conversion in a fundamental constituent consisting of Fe2 O3 : 48-51mol.%, ZnO: 1-25mol.%, NiO: 24-51mol.%, an average crystal particle diameter is 1-3μm, and a sintering density is 85% or higher of a theoretical density. The magnetic material is formed by mixing Fe2 O3 , ZnO, and NiO, and further CuO by a specific amount, adding 0.30wt.% MoO3 and 0.5wt.% CoO to a tentatively baked powder that is obtained by tentative baking for grinding, and then performing granulation. The molding is baked for three hours in atmosphere at 1,000-1,130 deg.C, thus obtaining NiZn ferrite.
