PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image operating device which reduces storage capacity that is needed to save binary image data in fetching the binary data that becomes an image operation object and also accelerates image operation processing. SOLUTION: An image operation device is provided with a data converting means 1 and an image processing means 2, and the means 1 fetches binary image data from a bit image storing part 3a and converts the fetched binary image data into color change point data that indicates the position of a color change point in its raster line. The color change point data which is converted from the binary image data in the means 1 is stored in a color change point information storing part 3b. The means 2 reads the color change point data stored in the part 3b and performs image operation processing such as rotation and variable power (expansion and contraction) of the read color change point data. |
