摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal vibrator at a low frequency by reducing the number of frequency division stages of an oscillation circuit to reduce the power consumption. SOLUTION: In the tuning fork crystal vibration chip 1 whose fundamental wave frequency is 16.384kHz and where a width W of an arm 3 is 130-190μm, a ratio of d1/L that is a ratio of a length d1 of a main electrode 4 to a length L of the arm 3 is 0.2-0.55, a ratio r/R of a shoulder 7 is 0.1-0.5, a range of a position (a) of the shoulder 7 with respect to a part 8 is 50-150, and a ratio d/t that is a ratio of a width (d) of the part 8 to a thickness (t) is at least about 1.4, then the tuning fork crystal vibrator chip is provided, where a stable oscillating frequency of a fundamental wave is obtained, the CI value is sufficiently low as 200kΩor below, leakage in the vibration is small and the chip 1 withstands shock and the characteristic is very excellent.
