PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner and its indoor device in which an efficient defrosting operation can be carried out without performing any excessive cooling of an indoor area. SOLUTION: This air conditioner device is operated such that when an outdoor heat exchanger is defrosted during a cooling cycle, an air blowing-out port 23 of a casing 20 is closed by an air blowing-out port opening or closing member driving device and an air blowing-out port opening or closing member 24 and concurrently a bypassing passage 26 is opened by a bypassing passage opening or closing member driving device and a bypassing passage opening or closing member 25. During this defrosting operation, an indoor fan 7 is rotated by an indoor fan control section. Air blown out of the indoor fan 7 within the casing 20 is circulated through an indoor heat exchanger 5 and the bypassing passage 26, not only heat generated by the indoor heat exchanger 5, but also heat in the casing 20 and a motor of the indoor fan 7 can be utilized as a heat source in defrosting operation. |
