Teeth engagement measuring device

The device has a first pressure transmission body (5) enclosing pressurised liquid. A pair of diaphragms (7,8) and a pressure sensor (9) are provided at the opposing ends (5f,5r) of the first pressure transmission body. Each of the diaphragms is provided with a pressure operating surface (Fu,Fd). Each operating surface positions between a tooth (T) and the diaphragm. The first pressure transmission body transmits the engaging of teeth on the diaphragms to the pressure sensor. A second pressure transmission body (10) is provided on the surface of the diaphragm. Both transmission bodies are parts of an engagement power sensor (2) which detects the engagement power of teeth. An indicator (4), provided in a main body (3), displays the engagement power measured value based on the output of the engagement power sensor.
