Wheel with displaceable intermediate elements between hub and tyre

The tyre (4) of the wheel is flexible, at least in the contact face area. The dimensions and shaping of the tyre and of the intermediate elements keep the tyre approximately in the wheel middle of the hub (5). The displaceable intermediate elements are constructed as elastic pull components wrapped around the hub and connected to the tyre preferably on orthogonal radii. The spaces between the intermediate elements are filled with elastic material.
