The invention relates to a multi-story, at least triangular building surrounding an inner court (8) in a ring shape. Instead of the stories (1, 2, 3) lying in one plane, story Y (1, 5) of one sector of this multiangular building opposite story X is elevated (1, 4) in relation to the previous sector to the extent that after one complete spiral turn, story X (2, 6) of the next "round of stories" (2) is positioned above story X (1, 4) of the previous round of stories.
