Procedure for manufacture of slab=form or beam=form reinforced concrete components, especially sleepers

In the method tensioning steel sections are placed and prestressed in a tensioning frame separate from the casting mould. The frame is placed on the casting mould before filling the latter. The casing mould after compacting of the concrete is rotated by 180 degrees and then withdrawn from the reinforced concrete sleepers which together with the tensioning frame are then hardened. The sleepers and frame are next removed from their supporting pallet and the tensioning frame removed.
