The construction of a central control and feed device for a rain water utilisation plant consists of a rain water storage tank, a pre-filter device, a central control and feed unit which ensures the supply to the consumer of the operating medium - rain or drinking water - and at least one or more consumers connected. A standardised carrier with an arbitrary number of installation possibilities is provided for the component carriers which can be extended or shortened arbitrarily and which allows a flexible, simple, open, rapid and secure mounting. All necessary and required components are fastened to this.
