Pouring container opening and reclosing device

The opening and reclosing device has a pouring aperture. It has a pouring neck and a base element (1) with a fixing flange round the aperture, a lid (2) hinged to the base element, and an opening element (3). There is a cavity between the base element and the lid. The opening element is in this cavity, fitted in such a manner that when opening takes place, the opening element pushes through the pouring aperture in the base element and also through the container material below it. The opening element has a pouring channel (4) by which the contents of the container can be poured out. After opening, the opening element remains in the pouring aperture of the base element.
