The method uses three successive regulation phases, for initial heating of the heating device to a required temperature, holds the required temperature and maintains the required temperature, respectively. The method uses a regulator for operation of a 2-point switch, e.g. a relay, as a power setting control, with pulsing of the heating load when for maintenance of the required temperature with minimum oscillation about the required temperature value.
