发明名称 PERPETUAL MOTION MACHINE
摘要 The perpetual motion machine consists of two similar, metal wheels which have gears; these gears are parallelepipedal and form (camber) angles of 45 and 135 degrees with the plane defined from the corresponding contact of the edge of the wheel to which they are connected. The shafts X and X1, respectively, of wheels A and B are mounted through a system of metal rods, fig. 1 so that: (a) wheel A is above wheel B and places its weight on it, (b) the straight that unites the two centres of the wheels should be vertical, (c) the two wheels should be in the same vertical plane, (d) the wheels, on the rotation system, are placed so that the camber of their gears is in opposite directions, (e) the shaft X of the upper wheel A is able to rise and fall in height by 0.5 cm in the same vertical plane, (f) each wheel can rotate with minimum friction around a fixed point on its axis and does not cause any other friction other than the friction that is created between the two wheels (when they turn) due to the weight of wheel A being put on wheel B. Since, in the rotation system, the gears of the wheels have the reverse camber, they do not engage with each other but touch each other, flange to flange i.e. with the surfaces of their upper bases (since it is a parallelepiped), forming, at that moment, an angle of 90 degrees, while at the same time placing the weight of wheel A on wheel B through one or more pairs of gears, a pair of gears forms each gear of wheel A when it comes in contact and pressing with the flange of the its upper base on the corresponding flange of any one of the other gears of wheel B. The weight of wheel A being put onto wheel B through a pair of gears, due to the camber of the gears, the force of the weight of wheel A is automatically displaced and ceases to pass through the centre of wheel B. A turning moment is created, turning the two wheels in opposite directions, tracing the distance of one step (a step is the distance between two successive gears). The shaft X descends in height and at the same time the following pair of gears comes to the original position of the leading pair of gears and the shaft X has risen and is at its original position, these movements being repeated at great speed resulting in the rotational movement of the wheels, ad infinitum. Each wheel may carry two series of gears, one series of gears being located exactly opposite the gap of the gears of the other series and occupying, peripherally, half the width of the (outer) periphery of the wheel.
