A cover (4) is arranged on the dish (2) and they both have devices for complementary engagement (7, 8, 9, 10) of the elastic click type. The inflatable bag (3) module incorporates a base plate (5) from which extend inclined elastically deformable tongues (6), adapted in order to fold away against the module when the latter engages in the dish. They support against the contact surfaces (7) of the dish when the module is engaged within it. The cover (4) has a fixture skirt (9) provided with holes (10) and adapted to engage on the dish in a position in which extending parts (8) of the dish engage in the holes (10) of the skirt to ensure the proper fit of the cover on the dish.
