<p>The device comprises a continuous light source (24) intended to illuminate the phenomenon, a release device (28) which enables, leading from the phenomenon, impulses synchronous to the phenomenon to be generated, the impulses being periodical and of the same frequency as the phenomenon, if the phenomenon is essentially periodical. An image pick-up device (30) is incorporated, preferably of the load transfer type, presenting an exposure time, and control components (32) for the image pick-up device are connected to the release device (28) in order to control in a regular manner the commencement of exposure of the image pick-up device in response to at least one of the impulses of the release device (28).</p> |
