PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overinspection by judging the entire criterion formula, after determining the matching between each inspection term of the criterion formula and the logic thereof and then making a decision as to whether or not the soldered state is normal. SOLUTION: A criterion formula consisting of a plurality of inspection terms is prepared from a table of preset free setting criterion terms, and a line (S1) of the criterion formula is designated. A decision is then made as to whether or not a criterion formula is present (S2), and the first logic is designated (S3) when a criterion formula is present. Subsequently, a decision (S4) is made whether or not a logic is absent, and the decision results are stored (S5) when a logic is absent. When a logic is present, the first term of the first logic and the second term of a magnitude-designating section are stored separately in designated areas (S6). Thereafter, a decision is made whether or not it is the final logic (S7) and decision results are stored at S5 in case of the final logic. Finally, a decision is made whether a criterion formula is absent (S9), and the operation is ended if a criterion formula is absent. |
