PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll giving and receiving device which avoids the increase of a device scale and device costs and improves the throughput of used toll collection processing and communication mutual interference resistance between adjacent lanes. SOLUTION: Plural zones which have a different frequency are formed on each lane 35 of plural lanes 35 that are parallelly provided, also, adjacent zones on adjacent lanes 35 use radio waves which have radio frequencies f1 and f2 that are different from each other, and each interrogating means on the same lane 35 separately forms a zone in which the transmission and receiving that uses a radio wave which has a radio frequency f1 or f2 that is different from other adjacent interrogating means is executable to a responding means 10 on the lane 35. |
