PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a vibration control characteristic by appropriately arranging a valve and an actuator. SOLUTION: In this device, a passage forming member 28 is arranged inside an intermediate cylinder fitting 16, and a space, which is partitioned by the passage forming member 28 and an elastic body 18, forms a main liquid chamber 30. An upper side of the passage forming member 28 is formed with a recessed part 34, and a bottom surface of the recessed part 34 is formed, with a circular through hole 36, and connected to an idle orifice 42. In the recessed part 34, a valve element 50, to which a connecting shaft 54 is connected, is arranged so as to face to a main liquid chamber 30. A part of the connecting shaft 54 close to the lower end thereof passes through an elastic film 56, which partitions a space inside of a bottom plate fitting 12 to an upper air chamber 60 and a lower air chamber 62. The elastic film 56 is pinched between pinching plates 58A, 58B, and a coil spring 68 for energizing the pinching plates 58A, 58B and the elastic film 56 upward is arranged between the bottom surface of the bottom plate fitting 12 and the pinching plate 58B. |
