PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of worker by easily setting a suitable control target value in a short time without necessity for every worker to reset the control target value suitable for himself each time the worker is exchanged as a conventional controller by storing the control target value of operating part, which is set by every worker corresponding to his own skill or the like, distinguishably from the control target value of the other worker when cooperatively using one work wagon among plural workers. SOLUTION: At a control target value setting means 101, the control target values of operating part concerning respective plural workers are set and stored corresponding to the respective plural workers, among these control target values corresponding to plural workers, any control target value corresponding to plural workers is selectively outputted to a control means 100 and based on that outputted control target value, the control means 100 controls the operation of operating part. |
