PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, rapidly and effectively execute a remote operation of an attaching or detaching operation of a heater used in the case of covering a welded part of a coated steel tube with a thermal-shrinking tube. SOLUTION: The mechanism comprises a semicircular casing 1-1, and a pair of circular arc-like casing 1-2 openably connected to the casing 1-2 via a hinge 2. In this case, as an opening/closing means of the casing 1-2 of a thermal shrinkage tube of a three-divided structure, a threaded screw 6 provided at the casing 1-2 side is rotated by an electric motor 3 provided at the casing 1-1 side via a bevel gear 4, rotary rods 5-2, 5-3 and universal joints 8-1 to 83, thereby opening/closing the casing to the right and left sides. |
