PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively supply the oil to a mechanical differential lock mechanism provided in a fluid coupling unit for differential limitation. SOLUTION: A casing 7 of a coupling member 6 as a fluid coupling unit is fixed to a flange part 5a of an output shaft 5 so as to form a nearly cup- shaped first casing. A peripheral end of a nearly rid-shaped second casing 8 is screwed with the casing 7, and the differential limiting characteristic is changed by adjusting the screwing position. A differential lock mechanism R is formed between a boss part 8a of the second casing 8 and an input shaft 3. The differential lock mechanism R has a first engaging tooth 15 formed in the boss part 8a, a second engaging tooth 16 integrally formed with the input shaft 3 and a geared sleeve 17. The input shaft 3 is held by a main body case 1, which is connected to a differential case, through taper bearings 19, 20 freely to be rotated. Since the bearing 20 is positioned close to the engaging tooth 16, the oil, which passed through the bearing 20, is supplied to the engaging tooth 16.
